DNBC is a club of approximately 300 members, both ladies and men, the majority of whom live within a 10 km radius. Increasingly the people who frequent the club are spread across all demographic sectors ranging from young professional and trades people to mature aged retirees. In the past year more than 10,000 people have enjoyed the facilities of the club. The club is also home to Nedlands Rotary Club, the Rottnest Volunteer Guides Association, who jointly average 100 people each week and also the Dalkeith Nedlands Probus Club with 100 members attending each month.
The Club is situated on Jutland Parade by the Swan River, one of Perth’s most picturesque areas. The club greens and clubhouse are used year round with members playing both competitive and social bowls. The club also hosts a variety of corporate and other functions both on the greens and in the clubhouse. In addition, the club hosts a number of State events during the bowls season, attracting a wide range of State, Metropolitan and Country bowlers and spectators.
