The SVGC Annual General Meeting was well attended by a number of the Ladies. My appointment as Women's captain was passed unanimously (of course!). Members of the last Seahorse Squadron sortie were Ivan Muncher Brown, Paul Bynon, Keith M Mathews and Squadron leader Viktor Mower Strzina. Members who volunteered as traffic wardens during Sculptures were John Hills, Ian Kidd, Di Hintz, Marion Gathercole, Lorraine Fough and Mignonne Clark. Thanks also to new life member Marion for typing the revised fixture book to reflect changes from the revised Constitution. Finally, Stuart Campbell has been seen walking around the club with a paint brush in his hand. Thank you Stuart! Upcoming events:Sea View Cruise: Thank you to those who have RSVP'd and paid! We have a total of 76 pax attending the cruise this Friday. We are extremely excited and believe it will be a fantastic night. As mentioned, please arrive at the clubhouse latest by 5.45pm, as the bus is picking us up at 6pm sharp. For those meeting us at the Barrack Street Jetty, we will be boarding the cruise at 6.45pm, and taking off at 7pm sharp. Please call Jasmine at 0415156883 if you encounter any issues on the day.
